HOW TO CREATE YOUR COVERED CA ACCOUNT (register)

The system is careful with password selection. Consider spelling a word or name in reverse.
Include a capital letter; number(s); symbol.
 
IT IS POSSIBLE that you may be able to assign me as your agent, once registered. If you are not required to logout, you may be able to Skip to Step #1, which is highlighted in yellow below.
 
LOG BACK INTO YOUR COVERED CA ACCOUNT, TO ASSIGN DIANE FALCON AS YOUR DESIGNATED AGENT

On the Welcome/Home Page, scroll to 2nd section (see image directly below):
 
 
1. Click on the Question mark (?) on the upper right. Mouse over and click on FIND LOCAL HELP.

2. Select Agents

4. TYPE MY NAME IN THE SEARCH BOX: DIANE FALCON

5. Next screen: My name and address (PO Box 3265, Camarillo, CA 93011) will appear.

Diane Falcon is hyperlinked in Blue. Mouse over, and click on my name.

 

6. Finish the selection process on the next screen by electronically signing, and providing your PIN.
